We have integrations with the webshop platforms Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, CCV Shop, Magento and PrestaShop. Through an app or plugin, you can add our product data to your webshop. As a customer, this offers you many possibilities and makes managing your webshop easier. Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, CCV Shop, Magento and PrestaShop have dedicated customer service teams for technical questions and provide help and support for your webshop. * Please note that the costs of the webshop itself and the integration with VDM are not included. These costs depend on the package you choose.

Other webshop platforms

If you want more freedom and prefer to build a webshop yourself or have one built for you, this is also possible. You can use a database feed, which we provide in XML or CSV format. This feed can be imported into your own webshop, allowing you to sell our products. The database feed is updated daily and the stock file is updated every half hour.

Would you rather not worry about building a webshop and want to get started right away? In addition to the integration, GoGetters also offers an all-in-one package that allows you to start immediately. They take care of the design of your webshop and fill it with the pet products of your choice. The ready-to-use webshop is delivered fully automated, allowing you to focus on other aspects such as sales and marketing.

Are there any additional costs besides the €30 per month for a Shopify or WooCommerce integration?
No. In addition to the fixed fee of €30 per month, no additional costs are charged for using the Shopify or WooCommerce integration.

Webshop with your own warehouse

Would you rather work with your own stock and handle shipping yourself? Of course, that is also possible. You can collect your products from our wholesale store in Rotterdam or choose to have them delivered. If you choose delivery, you place your order through our webshop. The product prices applicable to your customer account are automatically displayed. After completing your order, you can select the ‘delivery’ option in your shopping cart. If you have authorised payment by direct debit, the goods will be shipped immediately after you place your order. If you choose another payment method, we will collect and ship your order once payment has been received. Van der Meer ships orders by parcel service or pallet delivery. You can choose which carrier you would like to use.

Would you like to collect your stock but do not have time to gather the products yourself? We can help with that too. After placing your order, you can select ‘collection’. We will then prepare your order so you can collect it yourself. We charge €5.00 for preparing the order.

Please note! Do you want to ship parcels internationally? In Germany, you are required to pay packaging tax. Read more here. If we ship the parcels for you, you do not have to pay these costs!

Important: Medicines are sold exclusively in our warehouse for your own use only. They cannot be shipped directly to consumers (dropshipping).

Selling via online platforms

You are allowed to sell our products on other online marketplaces, with the exception of products from Trixie, Smølke, Natural Greatness and Yarrah. KONG products may NOT be sold on Amazon.

Track & Trace

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Track & Trace code for every order we ship. This allows you to track the parcel. If you have chosen dropshipping, you are responsible for forwarding this code to your customer.

Carriage paid order amount

We do not have a carriage paid order amount. All prices are ex warehouse and shipping costs are charged per parcel.

Shipping & fulfilment costs

The costs of shipping a parcel are divided into shipping costs and fulfilment costs. Shipping costs are the actual costs of transporting the parcel. Fulfilment costs include the costs of picking and packing the order and the packaging materials.
